Honoring a 50-Year Mason: A Night to Remember
At our stated meeting on Monday, January 13th, 2025, King Lodge No. 461 had the distinct honor of celebrating an incredible milestone in Freemasonry. Brother Gayle White, who was initiated into the Craft on September 16th, 1971, and raised to the sublime degree of Master Mason on December 16th, 1971, was our special guest of honor.
Brother Gayle was accompanied by his son, Brother Tim White, making the evening even more meaningful as a family legacy of Masonic values and fellowship was celebrated. Together, they embodied the principles of brotherhood and continuity that Freemasonry holds dear.
A Momentous Presentation
Worshipful Master Dave Smith led the evening’s celebration by presenting Brother Gayle with his 50-Year Certificate, 50-Year Pin, and 50-Year Card. These tokens of recognition symbolize not only Brother Gayle’s dedication to the Craft but also his steadfast commitment to the tenets of Freemasonry for over half a century.
Brother Gayle’s decades of service and dedication serve as an inspiration to all who were present. His reflections on his journey through Freemasonry resonated deeply, reminding us of the timeless values of our fraternity.
Fellowship and Celebration
The evening was further enriched by a delicious meal and the warm fellowship of brothers gathered together. Laughter, shared stories, and the bonds of brotherhood filled the lodge room, creating a memorable night for all attendees.
A Legacy of Light
King Lodge No. 461 extends its heartfelt congratulations and gratitude to Brother Gayle White for his extraordinary milestone. His 50 years of Masonry stand as a testament to his character and dedication. We are grateful for his contributions to our lodge and the Craft, and we look forward to his continued presence among us.
