This month’s meal features a smokehouse-inspired comfort food menu prepared fresh for our Brothers and guests.
Our featured entrée will be Bro. Jim Pepper’s famous thick-cut smoked bologna served on buttery garlic Texas toast, dressed to order with fresh lettuce, tomato, house pimento cheese, bacon jam, and classic condiments.
The meal will also include:
• Roasted tomato soup
• Baked macaroni & cheese
• Banana pudding for dessert
Supper will be served before the meeting, and sandwiches will be prepared fresh to each guest’s order and delivered directly to the table.
