Eight Masons from district lodges competed for the title of Royal Chili Master 2024, with Fire Chief Bill Nunley of the Green Spring Volunteer Fire Department serving as judge.

Read MoreKing Lodge members joined forces with Unicoi Lodge in Erwin, TN, to provide hot meals and supplies to those affected by recent flooding. Worshipful Master Justin Plaster reported an overwhelming response, with donations coming from as far as Baltimore. Hampton Lodge is still in need of food supplies, including hamburger, sausage, bacon, and grated Parmesan cheese, as they continue to feed up to 300 people daily. Volunteers are also welcome to lend a hand, especially after Tuesday. Together, we can support our community during this challenging time.

Through the generosity of our members and community, we’ve raised over $1,700 and delivered three truckloads of supplies. Our lodge’s efforts, spearheaded by Brother Weston Leonard and supported by dedicated brothers, reflect the Masonic commitment to charity and service.
