H. T. Phipps

The only other open-web archival match for the exact string "H. T. Phipps" in Tennessee from that era appears in a Putnam County obituary transcription (Cookeville City Cemetery Obituaries), which notes a minister named H. T. Phipps officiating a service alongside Rev. H. C. McConnell, though there is no confirmed link tying that individual to Bristol.
